Staff Accountant
Location: Paradise, PA
What we’re looking for in a Staff Accountant
- Knowledgeable: In all accounting functions and related internal controls including A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets and Inventory. Minimum of 1-5 years’ accounting experience, with a prior job title equivalent to a full charge bookkeeper role or greater.
- Skilled: Ability to communicate effectively with the rest of the team, especially as it relates to accounting functions and processes. Proficient in at least one accounting software program, including job costing experience. Full proficiency in Excel, or equivalent, and a strong comfort level with the Google platform.
- Passionate: Eager to learn about a dynamic and growing industry and excited about working to help provide great internet service to customers, particularly those who are under-served. Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills.

- Perform daily accounting tasks such as: positive pay, bill entry, cash monitoring and customer invoicing; weekly accounting tasks such as: inventory entries, reviewing payables and receivables, issuing checks and making deposits; and, monthly and quarterly accounting tasks such as: reconciliations, fixed assets, grant invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Conduct periodic job and grant budgets and reviews, along with performing various special accounting related projects.
Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

- Skilled: Excellent customer service and computer skills. Ability to deal with both residential and commercial clients over the phone. Previous sales and CRM experience helpful and preferred.
- Team Player: Humble. Excellent communicator. Self-starter with an eagerness to help potential customers embrace and overcome challenges.

Ability to deal with both residential and commercial clients and a strong comfort level with conducting “cold calls” with potential clients in-person as well as over the phone.
