Construction Project Manager

Location: Lancaster, PA

What we’re looking for in a Project Manager:

Skilled: Able to take projects from concept through execution and work with all parties involved to obtain all necessary approvals and procure all necessary products for construction projects. Able to work safely and efficiently using hand tools, power tools and power equipment, while using all required PPE. Able to work effectively both indoors and outdoors, in all types of weather. Excellent computer aptitude and skills.
Knowledgeable: Experience and competency in project management and general construction, including excavation and basic electrical work. Experience working with inspectors, suppliers and customers to meet their needs and expectations.
Passionate: Eager to learn about a dynamic and growing industry and excited about working to establish reliable broadband infrastructure to provide great internet service to customers. Willing to learn, grow and engage in creative problem solving, including overseeing projects, and performing basic coding and mapping. Desire to continuously learn and grow and build your knowledge and skills.
Team Player: Humble. Self-motivated. Hard worker. Excellent communicator.

What we’re looking for in an Administrative Assistant:

Skilled: Excellent people skills. Experienced and comfortable with Microsoft Word and
Excel, and a quick learner on software in general. Detail-oriented, with the ability to
handle frequent interruptions, both in person and by phone.
Team Player: Humble. Excellent communicator. Self-motivated. Hard worker.
Passionate: Eager to learn about a dynamic and growing industry and excited about
working with other members of our team to provide great internet service to our
customers. Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills.
Knowledgeable: Experience working in either the same or a similar capacity. Process-
oriented along with an eye toward process improvement. Capable of dealing well with
both internal and external customers, when and as the need arises.

$20 – $26 per hour, DOE
